Acrylic sheet.
These acrylic boxes are formed over a mould. when acrylic is warmed in an oven it soon becomes soft, a bit like rubber, and when taken out and shaped around a mould, it will cool down and keep this shape.
I combine the acrylic with other materials such as wood and perspex to finish the box.
